Faculty

Faculties are considered as life supporting system of Gyandeep Vidya Mandir School. They are responsible for delivering the top of the line knowledge and training that our school promises to the students.

A Continuous and comprehensive training programme for teachers is compulsory to Gyandeep Vidya Mandir's professional development programme. Every teacher of Gyandeep Vidya Mandir will be given onsite training annually in spheres like pedagogy, use of technology, student psychology, approaches to teaching and learning, assessment tools and techniques, verbal and non verbal communication, data interpretation, basic ICT skills, leadership and team building.

Apart from the above trainings, school also provide specially structured workshop oriented programmes twice or thrice annually for both short and long duration.

Teachers will visit off site training programmes offered by leading regional, national and international agencies.

That's why the teachers of Gyandeep Vidya Mandir are committed to stimulating directing and guiding the talents and energies of the students towards achieving absolute standards of excellence

Support Staff

In school all supporting staff plays an important role in ensuring that students are learning in a safe and supportive environment. They foster positive trusting relationships with students and parents.

The member of the supporting staff is always provided with onsite and offsite training in areas of their specialisation. Parents interface communication, use of MS Office, safety & security, statutory compliance etc. are some of the training given to these staff.

The maintenance and housekeeping staff are given training on handling of materials, equipment, safe practices, health and hygiene etc. These training programmes will be delivered in local language for maximum effectiveness and a good productive environment for all.
